How do I make a reservation? - Back to top
Simply fill out the reservation form and you will be directed to payment section. An e-voucher will be sent to your e-mail account. Please print it out and bring it with you.

What if I misplace the e-voucher?
You will need to present a photo ID to the driver upon arrival.

Where are you located?
We are located at PVR airport. After you go through immigration, pick up your luggage and pass customs. You will see one of our representatives holding a banner witj our logo.

I saw other companies that have the service a little cheaper, can you match the price?
These companies work with time share hotels and they subsidize the price. You will receive a speech and forced to visit the sponsoring resort on the way to your resort. We are not in any way affiliated with, promoting or sponsored by timeshares or other such organizations.

Our staff is at the airport until the last plane arrives for the day. Don't worry about calling us; we will be awaiting your arrival.

Yes, all of our staff is bilingual

With the shared service, how many stops will you make?
Normally one or two (very rarely 3)

How long do I have to wait at the airport?
You will depart from the airport after you have claimed your luggage and passed customs. Talking to the timeshare representatives will certainly cause you a delay. Please avoid them. Maximum waiting time is 15 minutes.

Our driver will schedule a pick up time when you are dropped off at your hotel.

Is there a problem if I arrive to a hotel and departure from a different one?
No problem at all. Price is the same (pay for the transfer to the hotel that is in the higher zone)

What kind of vehicles do you have?
We have 3 passnegers sedans or 6 passengers vans, and buses for large groups. All of them are new and in impeccable conditions. 2004 and 2005 models

What if I change my departure time or day?

What if I am in a wheel chair?
You will need to request a private van. We remove seats to have plenty of space.

What if I have a lot of luggage, like golf clubs, surfboard or a bike?
We suggest a private service if you have fragile stuff or bulky luggage.
